This Privacy Policy describes how Negentropic ("we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and shares information across our suite of virtual reality applications, including Super Hornet: Post-Flight Inspection and any other software developed or published by Negentropic (collectively, the "Apps").

1. Scope and Application

This policy applies to all users of Negentropic Apps on the Meta Quest platform and other supported hardware. By using our Apps, you agree to the practices described in this policy.

2. Information We Collect

We collect only the minimum data required to provide and improve our virtual reality experiences:

  • User Identifiers: We may collect your unique Meta User ID to provide core functionality, such as account authentication, cross-device progress saving, and leaderboard management.

  • Device & Technical Data: We collect information about your VR hardware (e.g., Quest 3), operating system version, and system performance logs to ensure our Apps remain optimized and stable.

  • Usage & Simulation Data: We collect data regarding your interactions within our Apps, such as mission completion status, feature usage, and session duration.

  • No Raw Sensor Data: We do not collect or store raw biometric data, such as camera images, hand tracking points, or eye-tracking data. Any processing of such data occurs locally on your headset as required for App features and is not transmitted to Negentropic.

3. How We Use Your Information

Negentropic uses your data to:

  • Provide Core Features: To save your progress, maintain high scores, and facilitate multiplayer or social features.

  • Improve Our Apps: To analyze crash reports and performance metrics across our portfolio to identify and fix bugs.

  • Customer Support: To respond to your requests for technical assistance.

4. Data Sharing and Disclosure

We respect your privacy and do not sell your personal data. Data is shared only in these limited cases:

  • Service Providers: We may use trusted third-party tools (e.g., Unity Analytics) to process technical metrics. These partners are contractually bound to protect your data.

  • Legal Compliance: We may disclose data if required by law or to protect the safety and rights of our users.

5. Data Deletion and Your Rights

You have the right to request the deletion of any data we have collected.

  • Requesting Deletion: To request the permanent deletion of your Meta User ID and all associated App data, please email [Contact Email] with the subject line "Data Deletion Request."

  • Processing: We will verify and fulfill all deletion requests within 30 days. This process is free of charge.

6. Children’s Privacy

Our Apps are intended for users who meet the minimum age requirements set by the hardware manufacturer (Meta). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13.
